White-Label AI Character Creator
Overview
Developed as a white-label experience for an international enterprise client, the AI Character Creator is an interactive kiosk designed for high-traffic events, expos, and brand activations. The client identity remains confidential, while the delivered experience is presented here as an example of Zephio's custom event technology work. Instead of offering a simple photo booth, the application guides visitors through a playful character creation journey: they enter a player name, take a live photo, choose a class, pick a fantasy accessory, select the skills that define them, and receive a personalized avatar portrait at the end.
The experience connects physical booth engagement with a digital takeaway. The final portrait can be displayed instantly, printed on-site, and downloaded through a QR code, giving visitors something personal to keep and share after the event. For the client, it creates a memorable interaction that feels custom, playful, and campaign-native rather than just another screen at a booth.

Challenges
Designing a fast event flow that felt playful while staying reliable under booth traffic, handling live camera input, AI portrait generation, QR handoff, and print output without slowing the queue were the main challenges.
Solution
A guided desktop kiosk flow was developed to connect each step into one controlled activation pipeline. Camera capture, photo upload, class and accessory options, AI image generation, QR delivery, and printer-ready export were integrated into a single event-ready experience.
Results
The activation turned a standard booth interaction into a personalized brand moment. Visitors left with a shareable character portrait, while the client gained a repeatable flow for engagement, QR delivery, and on-site printing.
